About Us

Health Providers, Ltd began business in April of 2003. Currently we have 5 Waivered Services homes (Developmental Disability Homes) and 3 Customized Living homes for the elderly, In Home and SILS and one eight hour program. Health Providers, Ltd. employ's approximately 70 staff in the Montevideo and Clara City area. We offer a very competitive wage and benefits to include personal time off/sick pay, holiday pay, flexibility, HRA, and 401 K.

Health Providers, Ltd. works closely to meet the needs of the consumers first and foremost. Our goals are focused on working with the county and the families. Some of the needs we focus on are choices that affect their lives, services that support the health and safety as well as the dignity, rights and individual needs of the people that we will serve. Overall, we provide responsive and respectful services. We promote an environment that focuses on teamwork and a commitment to people served. We provide sound management, and daily will remind ourselves that the consumers we serve deserve to live in desirable neighborhoods and homes that are safe, clean, and well maintained. With that in mind, staff needs to be competent, well trained and committed to the consumers.

Health Providers, Ltd. is a local provider. We will provide responsive, effective and quality supervision to all programs. We are highly involved in the delivery of services, and assure that they meet the high expectation of quality that people need. We work with the staff to provide a competitive wage; this ultimately decreases the amount of turnover that is seen in the health care field.
